I have spent the last 14 years building and scaling businesses that range from “Brick & Mortar” businesses to “Service” businesses, all for the purpose of incorporating them into a verticality to scale faster by taking advantage of economy of scales. As a third generation retailer, ALL I have ever known and been around is sales, products, and customer service, which naturally gave me a head start in the “Brick & Mortar” sector of business.
Knowing what it took and would take to build successful businesses, and growing up in a family entrenched in business I also knew it would be very hard to become insanely successful doing the same exact things they were doing.
This was the pivot point for me…after building and opening my first store in 2011 I began researching which business sectors are most capable of creating generational wealth. All roads led me to real estate.
My perspective changed after I realized I wasn’t only a retailer, but also a real estate owner. Every deal moving forward was built to create cash flow, which then would become the foundation for more real estate investments.
You cant invest without money… So in this newsletter I want to show you how you can build businesses from the “ground up” that will make you money to then build your own portfolio of Real Estate.
Remember MONEY IS A TOOL for Financial Freedom.

I want to help people follow, pursue and profit from their passions…that’s where true purpose lies!
I can’t build more companies without having purpose driven individuals that want to work hand in hand with me…I know this newsletter will help attract those people AND more opportunities.

The goal is to build the biggest baddest following of go-getters that want to make an impact in their communities while also setting themselves up for financial freedom.

Additionally, I will be breaking down and underwriting deals we have made in the past and will be making presently, as well as, deals we did not make.
